We manufacture gratings (plain type, serrated type and Honeycomb type). Our manufacturing plant is equipped with electroforged welding machine for volume production. Metal Floorings used in all types of Small, Medium and Large Industries and plants such as Power, Fertilizers, chemical, Cement etc.This are mainly used for walking and also for placing heavy equipments and materials. There is no alternative to this product.
Electro-forged Gratings

Electroforge process combines a high electric current and Hydraulic pressure to fuse the bearing bar & cross bar into a single joint. This process eliminates any joints or cracks developed during fabrication of manual gratings. The bearing bar maintains its strength and welded cross bars provides antifriction and antiskid properties.
- No Air gaps between the weld as welding done is a homogenous weld
- Highly specific construction with accuracy and excellent load bearing capacity
- Reduction of notches leads to high strength of bearing bar.
- Perfect anti skid surface as cross bar is fused into bearing bar.
- Good rigidity at every intersection of bearing bar and cross bar welding
